Instead of Dancing at Obama’s Death, Really Remember and Support those families victimized by 9-11-01 attacks–and END THE WARS!

USAction Remembers Those Who Died in 9/11 Attacks
Dear Kevin,

By now, we’ve all heard the news that Osama Bin Laden, the notorious leader of Al Qaeda and mastermind of the 9-11 terrorist attacks, was killed last night in a firefight with United States forces in Pakistan.
This doesn’t end the wars or make us safe at last, but President Obama and his national security team deserve credit for finding Bin Laden after all this time and carrying out this mission without the loss of innocent lives — American or otherwise.

Today we remember the families who lost loved ones on September 11, 2001, and in all of the years of war that followed. We earnestly and fervently hope that these events mean we are one step closer to an end.

Here at USAction/TrueMajority, we’re taking the day to remember those who have been lost, honor those who fight to keep us safe and reflect on the meaning of this day. And we’d like to know what you’re thinking too: How does this affect your feelings about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, or the broader “war on terror”?

If you’d like to share your thoughts, or send sympathy and well-wishes for the families of 9-11 victims, please join us on our facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/usaction

Sincerely,
Darcy Scott Martin
