Conversation Skills - How to keep a conversation going

The advert on this short how-to video (click on link above), "Improve your ability to have a conversation with ANYONE -- even complete strangers!" says that "[t]his English class will show you how to talk to anyone -- even that boy/girl you have a crush on!"

It comes from EnglishLessons4U. I share it as an example of an instructor using a lot of teacher-talk. (Some administrators think TEACHER TALK is always bad. I beg to differ--especially as an EFL teacher.)

I share it also because--as a video--it is good for students of ESL to listen to over-and-over-again.
